Hi, I’m CATHERINE BERGEN

I was born hungry — not just for food, but for everything it represents: comfort, creativity, culture, and connection. That hunger has guided every step of my journey.

From my earliest days, I was captivated by flavor and the joy of feeding others. I followed that passion through a series of food-focused ventures — cooking, creating, and constantly innovating. For 15 years, I founded and led Tulocay & Company, where I built a nationally recognized specialty food line celebrated for bold, unique flavor combinations. That chapter earned me industry recognition, including the Outstanding Product Line award and a devoted following.

Then came C CASA, my fast-casual, globally inspired taqueria, which I founded and ran for another 15 years. It became a multi-location concept and the proud recipient of the Gourmand Bib Michelin Award five years in a row. C CASA was more than a restaurant — it was a culinary movement grounded in clean ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative twists on tradition.

Now, I bring together all my years of experience — from product development and manufacturing to restaurant ownership and branding — under one mission: spreading joy through food. Whether I’m consulting on new product lines, mentoring food entrepreneurs, or developing my own specialty goods, I approach every project with a deep well of experience, a bold creative spirit, and an unwavering commitment to flavor.
