Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items once they have been picked up.

1. Refunds
Refunds may be issued only if:

  • An order is canceled before Sunday at 12:00 PM

  • There was an error on our part (wrong item provided)

  • A quality issue is reported within 24 hours of pickup

2. Quality Concerns
If you experience a problem with your order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of pickup

  • Include a description and photo if possible

  • We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion

3. Missed Pickup

  • Orders not picked up during the scheduled window are not eligible for refund.

  • Because items are prepared specifically for each customer, unclaimed orders cannot be resold.

4. Storage After Pickup

  • Customers assume responsibility for refrigeration and safe handling once items are picked up.

  • We recommend refrigerating immediately and following the storage guidelines provided with each order.

5. Allergen & Gluten Acknowledgment
By purchasing, customers acknowledge that Joy Thru Food is not a gluten-free or allergen-free facility and accept responsibility for determining suitability for their dietary needs.

6. Digital Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
